Position: After-Hours Staffing Manager Location: Remote* Pay: $24/hour plus commission Experience: Staffing, recruiting, workforce management, customer service, or related experience preferred Education: High School Diploma or GED required Type: Full-time; Direct Hire Schedule: Tuesday - Thursday, 1:00am to 7:00am, and Saturday - Sunday, 6:00am to 5:00pm HireOne Staffing is seeking an After-Hours Staffing Manager to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for after-hours staffing operations
  • Respond to client requests and urgent staffing needs
  • Coordinate employee scheduling, call-offs, and shift coverage
  • Communicate with candidates, employees, and clients regarding staffing assignments
  • Maintain accurate records of staffing activities and employee availability
  • Resolve issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Monitor staffing levels to ensure client requirements are met
  • Support recruitment and onboarding efforts as necessary
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and employees
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Position Requirements:

  • Experience in staffing, recruiting, scheduling, workforce management, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Flexible availability to support after-hours operations

Additional Information:

  • *This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside within the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area (DC, Maryland, or Virginia).
  • Occasional in-person meetings, trainings, and team gatherings in Washington, DC will be required.
  • Candidates should be comfortable supporting staffing operations outside of traditional business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
