Scrum Master / Project Manager Responsibilities: Serve as the Scrum Master for a feature team, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Coach team members on Agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum methodologies. Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment on user stories and acceptance criteria. Remove impediments and obstacles that may hinder the team's progress, fostering a culture of problem-solving and accountability. Monitor team performance metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement in processes and delivery. Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members, stakeholders, and other teams to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives. Support the team in achieving their commitments and maintaining a sustainable pace of work. Promote a culture of innovation and experimentation within the team, encouraging the exploration of new ideas and technologies. Act as a servant leader, empowering team members and fostering a positive team environment. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment, preferably with cloud-based projects. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban. Proficient in using the agile project management Azure DevOps (ADO) tool. Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred. Familiarity with cloud technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus. Proven ability to guide teams, programs, and work streams towards a cohesive set of objectives.
