The Sales Associate will engage potential customers, generate leads, conduct consultations, manage customer relationships, and collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Engaging with potential customers to understand their insurance needs and recommending personalized insurance and financial products that align with their unique requirements
  • Proactively seeking out new business opportunities through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and community involvement
  • Conducting in-depth consultations with customers, identifying their coverage needs, and presenting suitable solutions in a clear and understandable manner
  • Building strong and lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and providing ongoing support
  • Working closely with our team to achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency

Skills

  • Bilingual Spanish
  • Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but we welcome individuals with a genuine passion for sales and a determination to succeed
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey insurance concepts and provide top-notch customer service
  • Customer-Centric: A strong commitment to providing outstanding service and building long-term relationships with clients
  • Goal-Oriented: A self-motivated and goal-driven individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Licensing
  • Insurance Knowledge: While not required, familiarity with insurance products and industry practices will be advantageous
