Balance Carried Forward Analyst
Conservice is a company focused on managing client accounts and resolving financial discrepancies. They are seeking a Balance Carried Forward Analyst to research past due balances, resolve issues, and ensure client accounts are current and in good standing.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with utility providers to ensure client accounts are current
- Resolve outstanding balances
- Find errors in misapplied payments
- Document errors and causes of previous balances in Conservice database
- Medium phone usage-more than 50% of the day making outbound calls to providers
