Accounts Payable Administrator

QuadReal Property Group is a global real estate investment, development, and operating company headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. They are seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to manage high volume payments, review invoices for accuracy, and handle vendor communications while ensuring compliance with expense reports.

Responsibilities

  • Process high volume payments across 400+ bank accounts, following strict EFT and cheque run schedules
  • Review and audit Invoice Registers in Yardi Voyager for accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly
  • Manage vendor records with a strong focus on EFT onboarding, ensuring secure and efficient payment processes
  • Handle vendor communications in shared inboxes, identify, flag, and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Audit Workday employee expense reports for compliance, correct GST/HST/QST treatment, and full supporting documentation
  • Process pre-authorized payments, void cheque requests, and intercompany payment deliveries on set timelines
  • File monthly GST/HST returns and keep payment records up to date

Skills

  • Post-secondary education in business or accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi Voyager experience is an asset
  • High attention to detail, with accuracy critical in every task
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at once without losing track
  • Comfort working under deadlines and handling urgent payment issues
  • Strong problem-solving skills
