Latinx in AI (LXAI) is seeking a full-time Postdoctoral Researcher in AI for Education at the University of Colorado Boulder. The role involves working on projects that investigate how AI technologies can improve educational outcomes by collaborating with students, educators, and service providers.
Responsibilities
- Work on projects investigating how AI technologies improve educator and student outcomes
- Develop AI learning technologies and help scale them to new contexts
- Gain interdisciplinary experience by working with a multidisciplinary team
- Hone research skills and develop hands-on experience conducting applied research and evaluation in real-world educational settings
Skills
- Recent PhD graduate
- Interest in the design, implementation, and research of AI for education
- Ability to work with project team members, partner educational service providers, educators, and students
- Experience in developing AI learning technologies
- Ability to scale AI technologies to new contexts
- Interdisciplinary experience working with a multidisciplinary team
- Research skills in applied research and evaluation in real-world educational settings
