Coordinator, Client Account Management & Specialized Support

The Coordinator, Client Account Management & Specialized Support role focuses on providing administrative and servicing support for client accounts, ensuring high-quality service, and optimizing business processes in collaboration with internal partners.
Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality service to external and internal customers
- Performing account set up and management and servicing activities for client accounts in both English and French
- Interpreting and analyzing documentation for the input and processing of a variety of registered and non-registered investment products, ensuring requests are completed in accordance with IG Wealth Management’s policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines
- Creating effortless experiences for our clients
- Providing support to internal departments and external clients for all client requests received
- Applying business knowledge with a client focus approach
- Finding opportunities for change and optimization in a collaborative manner
- Collaboration with internal business partners to continuously improve business processes
Skills
- 1-2 years of financial industry experience, and a passion for creating and delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Familiarity with back-office data processes and procedures
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with your teams, peers, and business partners across the company
- Must be highly engaged, displaying a professional attitude, with strong customer orientation
- Meticulous with strong decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for self-development and learning
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions considering regulatory environments
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Bilingual in English & French would be an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and fast paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to frequently changing priorities
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration and/or related field
- Candidates work shift is flexible as hours of operation are from 6:00 AM to 11:30 PM PM CST Monday to Friday, with overtime work during the weekday and weekends
- Industry-related courses, such as CSC and IFC an asset but not required
