Loan Servicing Representative
Consumers Credit Union (CCU) is a Great Place to Work–certified company seeking a Loan Servicing Representative. This role focuses on securing vehicle titles and handling member escalations related to titles and insurance in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Follow policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines; validate information with DMVs, internal teams, and vendors
- Resolve escalated title issues end-to-end and respond within established timelines
- Follow up on servicing requests by coordinating with third parties and using external systems when needed
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements to programs, systems, and processes
- Maintain accurate loan records in the core system by correcting keying and funding errors based on title documentation
- Prepare and submit required documentation to state and county agencies
- Process insurance servicing requests and complete follow-up as needed
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of experience in an office or administrative setting with strong computer proficiency (banking or lending experience is a plus, but not required)
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and time-management skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work a full-time schedule during the following hours: Monday–Friday: 9:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m
