Role Overview

The Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex is a hybrid role that blends meticulous data management with proactive customer support. You will be responsible for entering, validating, and maintaining high‑volume data sets that power our recommendation engines, marketing campaigns, and subscriber analytics. Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Quality Assurance

  • Enter, verify, and update large volumes of content metadata, subscriber information, and marketing data with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
  • Conduct routine data audits to identify and correct discrepancies, ensuring compliance with internal data‑governance standards.
  • Collaborate with the Content Strategy team to enrich metadata fields (e.g., genre, language, age rating) that improve recommendation algorithms.

Live Chat & Subscriber Support
