Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with IT, Business Intelligence, Product, and Customer Support teams to gather requirements, share insights, and align data initiatives with broader organizational goals.
  • Facilitate knowledge‑sharing workshops and training sessions to promote best practices in data entry and quality management.
  • Maintain open lines of communication, ensuring that stakeholders are informed of data health status and upcoming enhancements.

Documentation & Knowledge Management

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear articulation of complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
