Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative specializing in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, you will be the frontline ambassador for arenaflex’s insurance partners. Your day‑to‑day duties will include:

  • Actively listening to inbound and outbound customer inquiries, asking probing questions to uncover underlying needs and risk exposures.
  • Providing clear, concise explanations of insurance plan options, coverage limits, deductibles, and pricing structures.
  • Guiding customers through the enrollment process, including new policy issuance, policy amendments, endorsements, and cancellations.
  • Ensuring compliance with all state licensing regulations and internal underwriting guidelines while maintaining the highest ethical standards.

Essential Qualifications

  • U.S. residency (or a valid U.S. address) and legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Active resident license to sell Property & Casualty insurance in at least one U.S. state.

  • Fluency in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is highly desirable and eligible for a differential bonus.
  • Demonstrated ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
