About the Role: What You'll Do as a Global Equity Plan Administration Consultant

Key Responsibilities and Daily Impact

• Proactive Data Audits and Compliance Monitoring: Conduct comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly audits of equity transactions to ensure strict operational compliance with long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plan guidelines. • Award Processing and Settlement: Manage the end-to-end processing of Performance Share Unit (PSU) releases, Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) vesting events, and employee stock purchase plan matching share distributions. Accuracy and timeliness are paramount in every transaction.
• Transaction Review and Reconciliation: Carefully review all equity transaction activity, including stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan enrollments. You will verify that all purchases, releases, settlements, and reporting activities are accurate and completed within established timelines.
• Stakeholder Communication and Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, third-party plan administrators, payroll partners, tax authorities, and internal stakeholders.
