Position type: Full Time - Contract Duration: 12 Months Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (3 days onsite/2-days work from home) As a Tableau Engineer, you will: Day to Day Responsibilities Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function policies procedures and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. The ideal candidate will have: Administer, upgrade, and maintain Tableau Server in a multi node environment. Manage user access, permissions, content governance, and project structures. Monitor server performance, schedules, extracts, and overall system health. Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with BI developers, data engineers, and business partners to optimize dashboards and data sources. Provide technical support and maintain operational documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications Administrator familiar with large scale Tableau setups Python scripting and well as GitHub Tableau Server administration experience. Strong familiarity with TSM, tabcmd, and Tableau REST API. Solid SQL skills and knowledge of enterprise data environments Qualified candidates should for immediate consideration!
