High-End Video Editor for Paid Ads & Social (Ongoing Work | Fast-Growing Startup)
We’re building a category-defining company in dental staffing and video is a core part of how we grow. We’re looking for a top-tier video editor to partner with our marketing team long term. This role will focus on creating high-performing paid ad creatives + engaging organic content across social platforms. This is not just editing, we want someone who understands what makes content convert, hook attention, and scale. ⸻ What You’ll Work On
- Paid ad creatives (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Organic social content & series
- Founder-led / talking head videos
- UGC-style and native platform content
- Campaign-based video assets
- Light motion graphics, captions, hooks, and pacing ⸻ What We’re Looking For
- Strong portfolio of paid ad creatives + short-form content
- Deep understanding of hook → retention → conversion
- Ability to edit fast-paced, attention-grabbing videos
- Experience with UGC-style and native social content
- Strong storytelling instincts (not just cutting clips)
- Fast turnaround times and high responsiveness
- Ability to take direction and iterate quickly ⸻ Bonus Points
- Experience with startups, marketplaces, or DTC brands
- Motion graphics / animation skills
- Experience working closely with paid media teams
