Families come to us already looking for help protecting their homes and the people they love, your job is to listen, walk them through their options for life insurance and mortgage protection, and recommend coverage that fits. What You'll Do
- Educate families on mortgage protection and life insurance options
- Customize coverage to fit each client's needs and budget
- Build long-term client relationships grounded in honesty, integrity, and compassion
- Manage and grow your client base using our CRM and support team

- Ongoing mentorship including weekly 1:1 coaching, and call practice with senior agents
- Advancement into senior agent and leadership roles for those interested
What It Takes
- An active Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one (we'll help you through the process)
- Strong communication skills and a self-starter mindset
- A genuine desire to help families plan ahead
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
