- Implementation, training, consulting and monthly processing of Fis and Corporates outsourcing clients. Implementations may be part of a larger conversion or a single product installation
- Monitor daily outsourced operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contractual service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Review vendor performance metrics, dashboards, and reports to identify issues or trends.
- Coordinate with clients to resolve service gaps, defects, or process breakdowns.
- Participate in regular performance reviews with outsourcing partners.
- Analyze operational data (turnaround times, error rates, volumes, costs) to identify improvement areas.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Validate data integrity for outsourced tasks or system outputs.
- Assist with onboarding new outsourcing partners or transitioning processes from in-house teams.
- Participate in requirements gathering, knowledge transfer, testing, and validation activities.
- Ensure seamless handoff of processes through clear documentation and training
- Partner with internal teams (Operations, Technology, Finance, Compliance, Procurement) to support outsourced service delivery.
- Communicate status updates, performance trends, and issue resolutions.
- Support cross-functional initiatives involving vendors or external service providers.
- Assess client business need, identify solutions, and manage requirements
- Manage product configuration setup and updates
- Conduct validation of configurations and connectivity testing
- Monitor assigned tasks and plan to meet expected timelines for monthly processing.
- Assist with managing client expectations and conduct client calls for updates as needed.
- Bank Fee Analysis also known as Account Analysis
- Good understanding of 822 EDI and CAMPT .086 File structure also known as BRMEdge
