Key Responsibilities

  • Member Welcome & Access: Greet and facilitate seamless entry for members arriving at the arenaflex Lounge, ensuring a warm, efficient first impression.
  • End‑to‑End Experience Management: Own the member journey from arrival to departure, proactively addressing needs and resolving issues with speed and empathy.
  • Problem Solving & Innovation: Develop creative solutions to complex member requests, turning challenges into opportunities for deeper loyalty.
  • Member‑First Mindset: Apply the “Member First” philosophy to every interaction, anticipating needs and delivering tailored recommendations.
  • Lifestyle & Travel Guidance: Offer expert advice on travel itineraries, dining reservations, and lifestyle services, leveraging arenaflex’s extensive partner network.
  • Collaboration with Partners: Coordinate with food and beverage vendors, transportation providers, and other service partners to fulfill member requests promptly.
  • Technology Utilization: Navigate multiple digital platforms and CRM tools to document interactions, track resolutions, and share insights with the team.
  • Flexibility & Availability: Work adaptable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to match the 24/7 nature of premium member travel.
  • Physical Assistance (Occasional): Assist with light lifting of promotional materials or equipment when required for special events.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience delivering premium customer service in hospitality, travel, or related high‑touch environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high‑value members with professionalism, discretion, and proactive problem‑solving.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a polished, courteous demeanor.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities—able to build rapport quickly and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Proficiency with multiple technology platforms, including CRM systems, reservation tools, and collaboration software.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift light items (up to 15 lbs) for occasional event setup or promotional activities.

  • Experience in a luxury lounge, concierge, or private club setting.
  • Background in travel planning, airline operations, or hospitality management.
