Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

As a Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, you will be the voice and heart of our pet pharmacy, ensuring that each caller receives personalized, accurate, and compassionate assistance. Your day‑to‑day duties will include:

  • Answer inbound calls, chat messages, and email inquiries from pet parents seeking guidance on prescription refills, dosage questions, shipping status, and product information.
  • Utilize our proprietary pharmacy platform to verify prescriptions, process orders, and coordinate with licensed veterinary professionals when needed.
  • Conduct thorough research to resolve complex issues, escalating to senior specialists only when necessary while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.
  • Document each interaction meticulously in our CRM system, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations governing veterinary pharmaceuticals.
  • Proactively identify trends in customer feedback and share insights with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications – What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer‑focused role, preferably within a pharmacy, healthcare, or e‑commerce environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex medical information in a clear, friendly manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and think critically under pressure while maintaining a calm, empathetic demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and occasional overtime, to meet the needs of our nationwide customer base.
  • Successful completion of a background check and eligibility for a Kentucky Rx Tech license.
