About the Role

This is a fully remote, paid internship (or entry‑level contract) that offers a competitive rate of $40 per hour. You will work alongside the Netfx crew—a fast‑growing visual effects (VFX) initiative built on arenaflex’s proprietary platform—to support data entry, live‑chat operations, and market‑analysis tasks that directly influence the quality of content delivery to our worldwide audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Management & Entry: Accurately input, validate, and maintain large volumes of content‑related data using tools such as Airtable, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel.
• Live‑Chat Support: Respond to internal stakeholder inquiries via live‑chat channels, providing timely information and troubleshooting assistance.
• Marketplace Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research on global digital marketplaces, identifying trends, pricing structures, and competitive dynamics.
• Strategic Insight Generation: Synthesize research findings into actionable recommendations that inform pricing strategies, content acquisition, and partnership decisions.

Essential Qualifications
