Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Service Excellence

  • Greet every customer with a warm, genuine smile and a helpful “How can I assist you today?”
  • Listen actively to customer inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and follow up to guarantee satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout area that reflects arenaflex’s brand standards.
  • Process transactions accurately, handling cash, credit, and digital payments while adhering to loss‑prevention protocols.
  • Execute voids, returns, exchanges, discounts, and special promotions in accordance with company policy.

Product Knowledge & Upselling

  • Stay informed about current promotions, seasonal items, and new product lines to recommend relevant items.
  • Suggest complementary products and upsell where appropriate, enhancing the overall shopping basket value.
  • Assist customers in locating items, explaining product features, and understanding usage instructions.

Inventory Management & Merchandising

  • Perform regular shelf checks, restocking, and product rotation using the “first‑in, first‑out” method.
  • Participate in planogram execution, ensuring displays are tidy, fully stocked, and visually appealing.
  • Receive deliveries, verify invoices, and accurately record inventory changes in the system.
  • Support back‑room organization, including proper storage of perishable and non‑perishable items.

Compliance & Safety

  • Adhere to state and local regulations governing the sale of controlled items such as alcohol and tobacco.
  • Follow arenaflex’s safety protocols for handling hazardous materials and maintaining a clean work environment.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on loss prevention, data security, and emergency procedures.

Essential Qualifications
