Key Responsibilities

  • Handling Inbound Customer Calls: Answer a high volume of incoming calls from customers seeking assistance with installation, disconnection, upgrades, service changes, or general inquiries. Each call is an opportunity to deliver a five-star experience.
  • Understanding Customer Needs: Actively listen to customers to identify their unique needs and proactively recommend products, services, or solutions that add value to their experience.
  • Resolving Inquiries and Disputes: Investigate and resolve customer concerns related to service quality, billing discrepancies, rate adjustments, policy questions, and account changes with accuracy and care.
