Position Overview

The Remote Customer Support Representative at arenaflex serves as a vital link between our brand partners, retail customers, and field marketing initiatives. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries with professionalism and care, contribute to in-store marketing campaigns, support outreach programs, and ensure our retail partners receive best-in-class service. Reporting to your assigned Regional Director, you will balance remote administrative responsibilities with periodic travel to retail locations, events, and team gatherings.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Remote Support

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital communication channels, providing accurate product information and resolving concerns with empathy and efficiency.
  • Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction by actively listening to customer needs, anticipating questions, and offering tailored solutions that reflect arenaflex's commitment to service excellence.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in Microsoft Teams and designated SharePoint destinations, ensuring information is organized and easily accessible to the broader support team.
  • Collaborate with the client outreach team to create compelling PowerPoint presentations that communicate product information, campaign results, and customer insights to internal and external stakeholders.

Field Marketing & Retail Account Management

  • Continuously stock and merchandise top retail accounts, including executing daily pack-outs, building eye-catching displays, performing resets, and placing point-of-sale materials to maximize product visibility.
  • Update pricing tags and signage to align with current product promotions, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives.
  • Support field marketing activations through in-store product demonstrations, consumer sampling events, and participation in key promotional activities designed to elevate brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Travel to assigned retail locations, approximately 40% of the time, via plane or vehicle, to ensure consistent execution of merchandising standards and marketing strategies.

Community Outreach & Program Participation

  • Attend weekly scheduled meetings and impromptu BASN (Brand Ambassador Support Network) outreach group gatherings to stay informed on campaign updates, share best practices, and contribute creative ideas.
  • Actively engage in the arenaflex Assistant Program, including weekly mentee-driven group discussions, skill-building workshops, and a final project presentation at our annual summit in New York.
  • Support additional outreach initiatives, community events, and special projects as needed to strengthen our brand presence in local markets.

Administrative & Reporting Duties

  • Accurately document time, expenses, and other daily, weekly, and monthly administrative paperwork, providing comprehensive recap summaries to your Regional Director as required.
  • Maintain organized digital records of field activities, retail observations, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and demonstrate flexibility in managing evolving workload demands.

Essential Qualifications

  • Must have completed at least the junior year of a college curriculum, or recently accepted a degree. Candidates currently enrolled in undergraduate programs are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Must reside in the Northwest Arkansas region with the ability to commute within that area for field-based assignments.
  • A personal vehicle is required for this position, as regular travel to retail locations is a core component of the role.
  • Possession of a valid and active driver's license is mandatory, with the ability to drive significant distances as needed.
  • Motor Vehicle Records must meet arenaflex standards in accordance with our Driving Policy.
