About the Role

Our client, a prestigious global luxury brand, is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to join their vibrant team in Los Angeles, California, US . This role is integral to delivering the brand's signature luxury experience, supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations and team leadership. You will play a key part in driving sales, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the highest standards of presentation and service. This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring retail leader to contribute to a world-renowned brand in a bustling metropolitan area.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Supervise and coach sales associates to ensure exceptional client service and sales performance. Drive sales by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products. Maintain the store's luxurious visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays are impeccable. Manage inventory control processes, including stock counts, receiving, and transfers, with a high degree of accuracy. Assist in training new hires and providing ongoing development for the sales team. Handle customer escalations and resolve issues with professionalism and a focus on client retention. Ensure adherence to all company policies, brand standards, and operational procedures. Contribute to achieving store sales targets and profitability goals. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that reflects the brand's values. Requirements 3-5 years of retail experience, with a focus on luxury goods or high-end fashion. Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role is highly desirable. Strong sales acumen and a passion for building client relationships. Excellent understanding of luxury retail environments and customer service expectations. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high visual merchandising standards. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including weekends and some holidays. A genuine interest in fashion, style, and the luxury market.
