  • Access to financing options (Affirm & Klarna) to help increase close rates About Us We are a rapid-growing Airbnb Co-Hosting education company helping clients build profitable Airbnb property management businesses without owning real estate. Our systems help clients land co-hosting clients generating $1,000–$4,200/month per property, with many scaling to $10k+/month. Our clients are on average between the ages of 30-45 years old. We generate high-quality inbound leads daily through
  • DM funnels
  • VSL funnels
  • Webinar funnels This is NOT cold calling. You’ll be speaking with qualified prospects who have already expressed interest. Role Overview We’re looking for a proven high-ticket closer to take 6–8 qualified calls per day and convert them into clients.
  • Current team close rate ~30%
  • Calls are 45–60 minutes
  • Fully inbound, high-intent prospects
  • Offer $8,000 program
  • Financing options available (Affirm & Klarna) to improve conversions Responsibilities
  • Take 6–8 inbound sales calls daily
  • Close prospects into our programs
  • Call leads prior to scheduled appointments to build rapport and increase show/close rate
  • Follow up with leads via CRM when needed
  • Track pipeline and activity inside Go High Level
  • Consistently hit or exceed revenue targets Requirements (DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON’T MEET THESE)
  • Minimum 1+ years of high-ticket closing experience
  • Must have experience selling high-ticket coaching ($4k–$10k+)
  • Proven track record closing inbound leads
  • Background or familiarity with
  • Airbnb
  • Real estate
  • Property management (preferred)
  • Strong objection handling & rapport-building skills
  • Willing to call leads before scheduled appointments
  • Has personally invested in sales training/coaching
  • Experience using Go High Level (or similar CRM) Schedule
  • Remote position
  • Must be available during EST hours
