Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy production-ready machine learning models and algorithms.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to define ML problems and solutions.
  • Implement and optimize MLOps pipelines for continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring of models.
  • Conduct extensive data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation to ensure optimal performance.
  • Research and prototype new machine learning techniques and technologies to enhance product capabilities.
  • Maintain high standards of code quality, reusability, and documentation for ML systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to model performance, scalability, and data integrity in production. Required Skills
  • Proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Strong understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and statistical modeling.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for ML model deployment and scaling.
  • Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision (CV) applications.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or academic publications in machine learning.
  • Experience with real-time ML systems and low-latency inference.
