  • * Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and support workflow.
  • * Meet performance metrics related to response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • * Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a chat-based environment.

  • Experience:
