Position Overview – Remote Customer Experience Concierge (Chat Professional)

As a Remote Customer Experience Concierge for arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our premium cardholders, delivering seamless assistance through live chat and, when required, in‑person support at the arenaflex Premium Lounge located in Houston’s IAH Airport. Key Responsibilities

  • First‑Contact Excellence: Greet and welcome cardholders as they arrive at the arenaflex Premium Lounge, providing swift, courteous check‑in and access assistance.
