Job Title: Tech Lead - Fullstack Python + Angular Key Skills: Python, Django, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, Angular.Location: BrazilMode: RemoteWe at Coforge are hiring Tech Lead SR- Fullstack Python + Angular with the following skill set.Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable, distributed fullstack applications with secure, maintainable, and high-performing architecture. Independently translate complex functional and non-functional requirements into robust technical solutions across backend and frontend layers. Lead and contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement. Build and maintain RESTful APIs and modern web user interfaces. Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability across services and UI components. Create and maintain clear, comprehensive, and usable technical documentation. Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and advocate for engineering best practices. Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning. Actively participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making with cross-functional teams. Collaborate with product, design, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality end-to-end solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong proficiency in Python. Solid experience with Django and/or other modern Python web frameworks. Experience designing and consuming REST APIs. Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL or other relational databases. Familiarity with caching and messaging technologies such as Redis. Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable application development. Experience with authentication, authorization, and secure application design. Knowledge of modern frontend architecture, reusable components, state management, and responsive UI development. Experience with testing strategies across backend and frontend layers. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and modern development workflows. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a leadership capacity. Preferred Skills: Experience in frontend development with Angular. Experience with asynchronous/background processing tools such as Celery. Experience with multi-tenant architectures. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Experience integrating with third-party systems and enterprise platforms; Familiarity with security best practices for externally facing applications; Experience with observability, monitoring, and performance optimization.
