Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

As a bilingual (French/English) Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of arenaflex for customers across North America. Your day‑to‑day duties will include:

  • Providing inbound and outbound support using a structured call‑flow guide, ensuring each interaction is handled in the customer’s preferred language.
  • Diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues related to smartphones, tablets, computers, wearables, and related software platforms (iOS, macOS, or comparable technologies).
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions, tracking case progress, and retrieving information from internal databases.
  • Maintaining an up‑to‑date knowledge base of client products and services to confidently answer questions and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross‑sell additional products and services that enhance the customer’s experience.
  • Delivering every interaction with professionalism, empathy, and a genuine smile—whether the conversation occurs over the phone, chat, or email.
