DevOps Engineer
UST HealthProof is a mission-driven company focused on transforming lives through technology. They are seeking a Junior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate processes, and ensure high availability of applications in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support incremental build, testing, and deployment processes
- Write and maintain automation scripts using Python and other scripting tools to improve operational efficiency
- Work with Docker and Kubernetes to build, deploy, and manage containerized microservices
- Support infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using tools like Terraform
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of applications in Unix-based environments
- Manage and optimize build and release processes
- Implement and maintain logging and monitoring solutions for system observability
- Design and develop custom dashboards to track system health and align with business metrics
- Support and enhance automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, API testing) integrated into CI/CD pipelines
- Work on microservices-based architectures, ensuring scalability, resilience, and performance
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous improvement
- Maintain documentation for deployment processes, infrastructure, and system configurations
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and DevOps best practices across all environments
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and collaborate across teams to drive business-focused outcomes

- Experience with systems and IT operations
- Comfort with frequent, incremental code testing and deployment
