[Remote] Marketing Coordinator
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Earley Law Group is a fast-growing personal injury law practice focused on client service and community involvement. They are seeking a Marketing Assistant to support social media campaigns, manage marketing initiatives, and enhance brand visibility while providing a supportive environment for career growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support Facebook advertising campaigns
- Create and manage organic social media content and posting
- Hold outside marketing vendors accountable, including Hennessey Digital
- Oversee and grow the firm’s Google Review Champion program
- Write and send the firm’s weekly e-mail communications
- Create and pursue speaking opportunities for firm leadership
- Support lawyer networking and referral relationship development
- Identify new ways to strengthen and leverage the firm’s branding and slogan
- Serve as a liaison with referral law firms and professional partners
Skills
- High energy with a proactive, self-starting mindset
- Strong interest in marketing, branding, and relationship-building
- Ability to think creatively and execute ideas independently
- Experience in a professional services or service-based business environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a remote environment
- Comfortable taking direction while also working independently without constant oversight
- Legal industry experience
- Spanish-speaking ability
- Experience with social media marketing and Facebook ads
- Experience with email marketing and community engagement initiatives
