Beacon Hill is a leading staffing solutions company, and they are seeking a recruiting coordinator to join their client’s law firm team on a temporary basis. The role involves providing administrative and operational support to the recruiting team, coordinating interview scheduling, managing candidate communications, and assisting with candidate tracking and recruiting data management.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the staff recruiting team
- Coordinate interview scheduling and manage candidate communications throughout the process
- Liaise with external recruiting partners and search firms
- Draft and prepare offer letters and related documentation
- Assist with candidate tracking and recruiting data management
- Support sourcing efforts, including LinkedIn research and candidate outreach as needed
- Contribute to team projects and provide general administrative support
Skills
- Prior recruiting coordination or administrative experience required
- Experience with scheduling and candidate communication
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
- Comfortable handling administrative tasks and supporting recruiting efforts
- Ability to work independently in a professional environment
- Law firm experience strongly preferred
- LinkedIn sourcing or recruiting experience preferred
