Sales Development Representative
Weathermatic is a company dedicated to saving water and lives through innovative irrigation solutions. As a Sales Development Representative, you will qualify leads and help book product demos for Account Executives while receiving extensive coaching and support to advance your sales career.
Responsibilities
- Build a strong pipeline of customers by qualifying potential leads
- Develop creative ways to engage and build rapport with prospective customers by pitching the Weathermatic value proposition
- Partner with Account Executives to successfully book Partnership Evaluations
- Set yourself up for a successful long-term tech sales career
- Become efficient with CRM technologies to manage the sales process
Skills
- BA/BS degree preferred and 1-3 years of professional work experience in sales and / or marketing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. You should be a great writer, speaker, and listener
- Fearlessness - willing to hop on the phone with new people every single day and explain SmartLink's value proposition as it relates to each individual you speak with
- An obsession with prospect happiness - set the stage for effective sales follow-up
