Business Development Coordinator
Kekst CNC is a part of Publicis Groupe Holdings B.V, and they are seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support client relationships and project management. The role involves coordinating internal workflows, managing timelines, and ensuring effective communication to drive campaign success and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of client projects by coordinating internal workflows and ensuring deadlines are met
- Maintain accurate, real-time project status updates and communicate progress effectively across teams
- Contribute to the execution of data-driven direct marketing campaigns, including preparation of client and conference materials
- Analyze large data sets to produce clear, concise reporting that supports Account Executive strategies
- Track program performance and generate consolidated reports to measure campaign effectiveness
- Support financial processes by researching and reconciling billing, invoicing, and shipping-related data
- Build strong working relationships across teams, including management, clients, and cross-functional partners
- Demonstrate flexibility and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Provide back-up support to Account Executives as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- 0–1 years of relevant work experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with large data sets and translate insights into actionable reporting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Self-starter with strong initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- A strong interest in relationship marketing and understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape
- Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and quality
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and partner across diverse teams
