Position Overview: Remote Data Entry Clerk We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our claims coordination team as a Remote Data Entry Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing claims information into our advanced claims management systems. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be entrusted with a variety of important duties that are essential to our operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Data Entry & Processing: Accurately input claims information, including patient details, medical codes, billing information, and other relevant data, into our claims management systems. Precision is critical, as the information you enter directly impacts claim processing and reimbursement.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and verify the accuracy of entered data to ensure completeness and compliance with established standards. Identify and rectify any discrepancies or missing information in a timely manner.
  • Follow-up Activities: Proactively follow up on missing or incomplete information necessary to process claims. Communicate with relevant stakeholders to obtain required documentation and ensure timely claim resolution.
  • Invoice Review: Examine invoices carefully to ensure accuracy and proper coding. Flag any irregularities or concerns for further review by the appropriate team members.
  • Report Generation: Compile and generate reports from our systems containing claims information. Analyze data trends and present findings in a clear, organized manner to support decision-making processes.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation of all processed claims and related activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the claims coordination team to support overall department
