Key Responsibilities of the Remote Customer Experience Specialist

As a Customer Experience Specialist on our Auto Finance Servicing team, you will play a vital role in shaping the customer journey. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Outbound Outreach: Place proactive, warm, and engaging outbound calls to potential customers who have expressed interest in refinancing their auto loans, introducing them to the benefits of arenaflex products and services.
  • Inbound Customer Engagement: Answer incoming calls with energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism, greeting every customer as if they were a guest of honor.
  • Needs Discovery: Use a conversational, consultative approach — asking open-ended questions to truly understand each customer's unique situation, needs, and financial goals (because scripts are for robots, not people).
  • Product Education: Take an active role in educating customers about the features, benefits, and terms of our auto finance products, empowering them to make informed decisions.
  • Enrollment Guidance: Walk customers through the online enrollment process step by step, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience from start to finish.
  • Account Support: Assist customers with a wide range of account inquiries — from payment questions to policy clarifications — in an energetic, spirited, and empathetic manner.
  • Multitasking Mastery: Navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously while servicing customers, troubleshooting issues, and processing requests with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Trust Building: Build genuine rapport and confidence with customers, positioning arenaflex as a trusted partner in helping them reach their financial goals.
  • First-Call Resolution: Strive to resolve customer concerns on the first interaction, taking true ownership of every issue and following through to completion.
  • Self-Development: Take charge of your personal and professional growth, independently keeping your technical knowledge up to date and consistently working toward performance goals and job proficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong working relationships with internal partners and experience teams to effectively problem-solve complex customer scenarios.

  • Professional Communication: Communicate in a polished, respectful, and professional manner across all settings — whether on the phone, via email, or in team chat channels.

Essential Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience in any industry — retail, hospitality, banking, or another professional environment.
  • At least 6 months of experience working in a call center environment, where you handled inbound and/or outbound calls.
  • A reliable, high-speed home internet connection meeting our technical requirements (see below).
  • A quiet, secure, and distraction-free home office space.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States; arenaflex will not sponsor employment authorization for this position at this time.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates who stand out typically have:

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience.
  • At least 1 year of call center experience.
  • At least 1 year of auto finance, lending, banking, or financial services experience.
  • A demonstrated track record of exceeding performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Experience using CRM platforms, dialer systems, and multi-screen navigation.

Work-From-Home Technology Requirements

To ensure you can perform at your best, your home office must meet the following requirements:

  • A secure home office environment that is free from background noise, distractions, and interruptions.
  • A reliable, private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data, mobile hotspot, or satellite service. Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISPs) are required.
  • A password-protected private network where you have ownership or direct line of sight to every device connected to the network.
  • ISP download speeds of at least 5 Mbps on VPN, with 10+ Mbps preferred. Both hardwired Ethernet and WiFi connections are acceptable as long as speed and security requirements are met.
  • Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet the performance criteria required for optimal agent and customer interactions.
  • arenaflex reserves the right to request proof of internet provider, speed, and service package, and may modify requirements with appropriate notice.

Work-From-Home Location Requirements

This role is 100% remote. Applicants must reside in the continental United States and have reliable, work-at-home compatible internet access. We are unable to consider applicants who live in California, Hawaii, or U.S. territories. Work-from-home associates are not permitted to work internationally or outside the continental United States.

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex is proud to offer a comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive total rewards package that supports your whole self — at work, at home, and in life. For this remote role, the full-time annual salary is $43,680. The compensation range for candidates hired in other locations will be commensurate with that location's pay range, and the actual annualized salary offered will be reflected in your offer letter.
