Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Airport Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will serve as a vital link between our airline and the millions of passengers who entrust us with their travel plans each year. Your responsibilities will span a wide range of customer interactions and operational support tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to passenger inquiries across multiple digital channels, including live chat, email, and our customer portal. You will be the first point of contact for travelers seeking assistance, and your responsiveness, tone, and accuracy will set the standard for the arenaflex customer experience.
  • Assist passengers with flight bookings, reservation modifications, and a wide range of service-related inquiries. This includes helping customers find the best fare options, upgrade their travel experience, add special service requests, and navigate our website and mobile app with confidence.
  • Provide detailed and accurate information regarding flight schedules, gate assignments, delay notifications, baggage policies and fees, check-in procedures, and international travel requirements including visa, passport, and health documentation guidelines.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service recovery situations with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency. When issues fall outside of standard procedures, you will know when and how to escalate matters to specialized teams, ensuring that every passenger receives a satisfactory resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments including airport operations, baggage services, revenue management, and crew scheduling to ensure a coordinated, seamless, and efficient experience for every passenger you assist.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in our internal systems, ensuring that notes are comprehensive, compliant with industry regulations, and accessible to other team members who may follow up on a case.
  • Stay informed and up-to-date on arenaflex route expansions, policy changes, promotional offerings, and industry developments so that you can provide the most current and helpful guidance to every customer.

Essential Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. A single error in a booking or travel document can have significant consequences for a passenger. Precision and thoroughness are non-negotiable.
  • Familiarity with airline systems and procedures is considered a strong advantage, though not strictly required for all applicants. If you have experience with global distribution systems (GDS), airline reservation platforms, or travel agency software, please highlight this in your application.
  • Flexibility in scheduling is essential. This role requires availability to work a rotating schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays — the very times when travelers need us most. A quiet, dedicated home workspace is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Some college coursework, particularly in hospitality, tourism, communications, or business, is viewed favorably but not mandatory.
