Position Overview – Remote Data Entry Specialist (Live Chat)

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the frontline guardian of data quality, handling live‑chat interactions, updating customer records, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams across the APAC region. This role is fully remote, based primarily in the Philippines, and offers a competitive hourly rate of $40, flexible scheduling, and a clear pathway for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Live‑Chat Data Management: Provide timely and accurate data entry support through arenaflex’s live‑chat platform, ensuring every customer query is captured correctly.
  • Customer Information Updates: Input, verify, and maintain customer account details, subscription preferences, and transaction histories with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, troubleshoot data‑related concerns, and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a courteous tone.
  • Collaboration & Consistency: Work closely with the Finance and Payroll teams, as well as other APAC colleagues, to guarantee data consistency across all internal systems.
  • Compliance & Confidentiality: Adhere to arenaflex’s data‑privacy policies, security protocols, and confidentiality agreements at all times.
  • Process Improvement: Identify recurring data entry challenges and suggest enhancements to streamline workflows and reduce error rates.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on data entry metrics, chat volume, and resolution times to support operational insights.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in data entry, office administration, or related fields is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1‑2 years proven experience in data entry, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional typing speed (≥60 wpm) with a high degree of accuracy (error rate ≤1%).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
