With a mission to “bring our heart to every moment of your health,” arenaflex blends cutting‑edge technology with a deep commitment to community well‑being. As a remote‑first organization, arenaflex embraces flexibility, diversity, and continuous learning, offering employees the chance to make a tangible impact from the comfort of their own homes.

Why This Role Matters

The Senior Supply Chain Systems Analyst you will become is the backbone of arenaflex’s Distribution Center (DC) Administration Framework. You will serve as the critical liaison between the Centralized IT and Application Development teams, translating business needs into robust, scalable technology solutions. Your expertise will keep the Warehouse Management System (WMS) humming, support material handling equipment (MHE), and ensure compliance with industry‑standard governance such as SOX. In short, you will help keep the lifeblood of arenaflex—our inventory—accurately tracked, efficiently moved, and readily available for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Framework Management: Own the support, enhancement, and change‑control processes for the DC Administration Framework, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact between the Centralized IT, Application Development, Business/Operations, and Innovation teams to drive system improvements.
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with MHE vendors to troubleshoot and resolve data‑capture issues, ensuring seamless integration with the WMS.
  • System Integration: Work with intelligent devices—including Sortation Control Systems, RF devices, and barcode scanners—to maintain data integrity across the supply chain.
  • Data Recovery & Backup: Coordinate data backup and recovery procedures, guaranteeing that critical inventory data is protected against loss.
  • Issue Resolution: Serve as the escalation point between the DC, WMS vendor, and MIS team for system‑related incidents, driving timely resolution.
  • Hardware Support: Provide first‑line support for all data‑capture equipment such as printers, terminals, and LAN infrastructure.
  • Software Deployment: Execute all software releases, patches, and upgrades in coordination with the IT Change Management process.
  • Inventory Tracking: Monitor inventory movements—including pallets, cases, and totes—reporting utilization metrics to the MIS team.
  • Access Management: Maintain user access tables within the WMS, ensuring compliance with security policies and quarterly SOX reporting.
  • Reporting Enablement: Develop and maintain reporting tools (e.g., Crystal Reports, Cognos) to give end‑users clear visibility into WMS performance and operational KPIs.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiency gains within the DC technology ecosystem.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands‑on IT experience in a distribution or logistics environment, preferably within a health‑care or retail setting.
  • Proficiency with Windows and Unix operating systems, SQL Server, and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
  • Demonstrated experience using SQL, Microsoft Excel, Access, and Microsoft Project for data analysis and project tracking.
  • Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and material handling equipment integration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Eligibility to work on‑site at the designated location (Somerset, USA) for occasional visits; primary work will be remote.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project leadership experience.
  • Advanced degree (e.g., Master’s) in IT, Supply Chain, or Business Analytics.
  • Experience with data‑visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Cognos Report Studio.
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance and internal audit processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships across multiple business units.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high levels of productivity and accountability.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to dissect complex system issues, identify root causes, and propose data‑driven solutions.
  • Problem‑Solving: Proactive approach to troubleshooting hardware, software, and network challenges.
  • Collaboration: Comfortable partnering with cross‑functional teams, vendors, and senior leadership.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous management of data integrity, access controls, and compliance documentation.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast‑changing environment, balancing multiple priorities and shifting deadlines.
  • Customer‑Centric Mindset: Commitment to delivering reliable, user‑friendly technology solutions that support arenaflex’s mission of better health outcomes.
