As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and sales enablement activities while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and with excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, webinars, and events across the Americas
  • Support email marketing, landing pages, content localization, and digital marketing activities
  • Manage marketing assets, project timelines, and campaign documentation
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of marketing content and digital campaigns
  • Track campaign results and support reporting and performance analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless marketing experience

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, campaign coordination, digital marketing, or event support
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working with CRM, marketing automation, or project management tools
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English and either French, Spanish, or Portuguese
  • Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Workfront, Google Analytics, or similar platforms is a plus
