Health Plan Configuration Analyst (FULLY REMOTE) Location: Remote Pay: $45-$47/hr JOB DESCRIPTION An employer is looking for a Remote Systems Configuration Analyst to support the configuration, testing, and optimization of enterprise Health Plan systems. This role focuses on translating business requirements into system configuration, executing technical builds, supporting reporting needs, and ensuring quality through testing. The work involves interpreting health plan breakdowns so claims can be processed. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - 2 or more years of experience in system configuration, technical systems analysis, or business systems support - HSP Experience (Health Solutions Plus) - Hands on experience configuring enterprise systems without developer involvement - Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical configuration - Experience with system testing including unit, integration, and regression testing - Proficiency with SQL and data analysis tools - Strong Excel skills required - Experience supporting healthcare systems - Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills Key Responsibilities - Configure enterprise systems including workflows, rules, tables, and logic - Translate business requirements into technical configuration specifications - Execute system changes, enhancements, and optimizations end to end - Develop and execute test cases for new configurations and updates - Troubleshoot configuration issues, data discrepancies, and reporting defects - Support reporting needs using SQL, Excel, and system reporting tools - Collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver solutions quickly NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Crystal Reports (2013+) experience - Azure DevOps exposure - API integrations, data mapping, or middleware familiarity - Agile or iterative delivery environments - Power BI or similar reporting tools Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
