[Remote] IT Technical Recruiter Coordinator

They are seeking an IT Technical Recruiter Coordinator to schedule and coordinate interviews, manage candidate pipelines, and support high-volume recruiting efforts.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate phone, video, and onsite interviews
- Support recruiters by managing candidate pipelines and updating the ATS
- Source and pre‑screen IT candidates across job boards and LinkedIn
- Handle candidate communication, interview logistics, and follow‑ups
- Manage job postings, requisition updates, and recruiting documentation
- Coordinate background checks, onboarding steps, and compliance tasks
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiting teams for smooth workflows
- Track recruiting metrics and assist with weekly reporting
- Support high‑volume recruiting efforts and resume submissions
