As a Customer Support Specialist, you will: — Help resolve user inquiries and issues; — Communicate with users both in writing through support tickets and verbally via calls; — Interact with English-speaking users from all over the world; — Contribute to product improvement by escalating issues to the relevant teams. What is important for us: — Upper-Intermediate / Advanced English (B2+), both spoken and written; — Willingness to work night shifts (~6 per month) from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM; — Ability to quickly adapt and learn new processes; — Stress resilience; — Strong communication skills, including the ability to handle user objections; — Empathy and a customer-oriented mindset; — Interest in emotional and behavioral well-being topics; — Readiness for long-term cooperation.
