Role Overview

Reporting to the Store Operations Process Manager (or Senior Supervisor), you will act as a trusted advisor to store managers, division leaders, and HR partners. Your primary focus will be to gather, analyze, and translate operational data into actionable insights that drive productivity, reduce waste, and improve the overall employee experience across arenaflex’s retail network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Collection & Validation: Lead the end‑to‑end data‑entry workflow, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all operational metrics sourced from store systems, HR platforms, and field requests.
  • Analytical Reporting: Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that highlight trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with store Operations Managers, HR Business Partners, and senior leadership to understand business challenges and propose data‑driven solutions.
  • Process Improvement Initiatives: Identify gaps in current workflows, develop standard operating procedures, and champion best‑practice adoption across the organization.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Prepare concise executive summaries, visual presentations, and detailed documentation for senior leaders and project sponsors.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data entry, business analysis, or operational support—preferably within a retail or large‑scale service environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high levels of productivity and accuracy.
