Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk with arenaflex, you will be responsible for a comprehensive range of data processing and administrative tasks designed to ensure data accuracy and maintain seamless operations. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Data Processing and Entry: Accurately input, add, and correct entries in specific databases and computer applications. You will be responsible for entering necessary information into clinical applications and ensuring that all data is recorded correctly the first time.
  • Document Verification: Review authorization forms and other documentation for authentication purposes. This includes verifying critical information such as first name (FN), last name (LN), date of birth (DOB), identification numbers, addresses, and validating information against the central database (CDB).
  • Authorization Form Management: Send authorization forms to members through the FOS (Field Operations System) system. You will be responsible for selecting the correct kit and ensuring that all forms are properly completed, signed, and dated before transmission.
  • Data Tracking and Sorting: Track received data, sort information appropriately, interpret data meanings, and verify the accuracy and consistency of all entries against source documents.
  • Quality Control and Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve questions or inconsistencies with source documents. You will serve as a problem-solver, ensuring data integrity by flagging discrepancies and taking appropriate corrective action.
  • Inquiry Response: Respond to inquiries regarding entered data and provide excellent customer service support when questions arise about data entries or processing procedures.

Work Environment and Schedule

Shift Schedule: We offer flexible shift options to accommodate various availability patterns. You may choose from the following scheduled blocks:

  • Early Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Standard Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
