Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Identify customer needs, ask insightful questions, and recommend appropriate arenaflex products or services.
  • Utilize de‑escalation techniques to resolve complex or emotionally charged situations while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.
  • Document all interactions in the CRM system with precision, ensuring compliance with arenaflex’s data‑security standards.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including fraud, collections, and technical support—to resolve multi‑layered issues.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, role‑plays, and knowledge‑share forums to continuously sharpen product expertise and communication skills.
  • Meet or exceed established performance metrics such as average handle time, first‑call resolution, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
  • Maintain a reliable, secure home office environment that meets arenaflex’s technology and connectivity requirements.
  • Provide feedback to leadership on recurring customer pain points, suggesting process improvements and product enhancements.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • Minimum of 1 year of proven customer service experience in a call‑center, retail, or similar environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to listen actively, ask clarifying questions, and convey information clearly.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a track record of accurate documentation and data entry.
  • Reliable private internet connection (cable or fiber) with download speeds of at least 5 Mbps (10 Mbps preferred) and a secure, password‑protected network.

  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving processes, tools, and policies.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

Compensation & Benefits Overview
