Position Overview
The Entry‑Level Remote Data Entry & Reconciliation Analyst is a cornerstone of arenaflex’s investment operations team. Working from the comfort of your home office, you will be responsible for daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities across a variety of investment products. Key Responsibilities
- Trade Processing: Accurately enter buy and sell transactions into client profiles, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Reconciliation & Break Resolution: Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies between arenaflex and its fund partners or transfer agents, including corporate action events, dividend allocations, and transfer breaks.
- Corporate Action Management: Process and reconcile corporate events such as mergers, spin‑offs, and rights offerings, guaranteeing that client holdings reflect the correct post‑event positions.
